Koby is a gentle giant. He is house broken and is weighing in around 75 pounds. He's very sweet. At this point, we're assuming probably no cats. He is looking for a home where he can be outside in a big back yard. He loves to be active and outside. He will require a fenced in a large fenced in backyard.

Julie Felgar has spent her career managing the nexus between the business world and public policy in the Government and Aerospace sectors. She is currently a Professor of Marketing Strategy in UNC’s Kenan Flagler MBA program while also working with Split Rock Aviation in assisting companies developing roadmaps to address strategic environmental and policy issues.
She is an active volunteer in the local community (Northern Virginia Community College Board, West Point Parents Club Officer, and Fierce Love Rescue Foster), and leads and trains disaster relief teams for Team Rubicon.
Julie worked for 15 years with Boeing in a variety of executive roles. Prior to that Julie served as director of International Operations in Washington, D.C., where she represented Boeing Company interests with U.S. government agencies, embassies, and trade and professional organizations promoting sound civil aviation policy and supporting sales in the Americas and Asia.
Before joining Boeing, Julie worked in the U.S. Government in a series of roles related to export controls at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security. She graduated in 1997 with a master’s degree in International Studies/Business from George Washington University and has a bachelor of arts in International Studies from Florida State University. She is originally from Zimbabwe and is the active mother of five sons and two gorgeous, little Sugar Gliders.
