Lenny's story is a sad one, but he has a great future ahead! Lenny is a 5-year old chihuahua. Sadly, he was surrendered to the shelter for reasons unknown. We took him to the vet and discovered that, unfortunately, he is heartworm positive. He will require treatment to get rid of them.

 

Heartworm treatments are very expensive and we will appreciate any help you can provide that will help us cover the cost.

 

He is very much a lapdog and will be looking for his Furever place to snuggle.
